I’m Dot Rock — HR strategist, energy mentor, and fiercely compassionate leader.
As the founder of Dot Rock Consulting, a holistic HR and People Operations agency, I partner with entrepreneurs, executives and Virtual Assistants to scale teams, aligne energy, and build sustainable systems with clarity, confidence, and heart.

My career began in spreadsheets and boardrooms — auditing Fortune 500 companies as part of KPMG International — before evolving into HR and operations leadership. Somewhere in the middle, I even helped manage a rocket engine test facility (because why not?). Through it all, I learned that business health isn’t just financial — it’s human. Sustainable success comes from alignment, energy, and the courage to have the conversations that change everything.

Whether I’m training Virtual Assistants through the Oxygen 1st Academy, pairing entrepreneurs with Chief Energy Officers™, or coaching executives on how to fire with grace, my mission is the same:
to help people breathe easier in business.

When I’m not helping others align their energy, you’ll find me at weightlifting, camping, flying airplanes, and attending baseball games (MLB + youth sports).

I live in Fort Collins, Colorado with my nearly 13-year-old son, Dominic — my greatest adventure.

I’m also a master parallel parker, a claw-machine champion, and a homemade popcorn genius.
My biggest fears? Weed whackers, minivans, and llamas. My favorite truth? You can be both grounded and on fire. Breathwork makes everything possible.

I’m a Scorpio, a 5/1 Manifestor (Human Design), and a Self-Preservation Type 3 (Enneagram) — a mix of intensity, intuition, and drive that fuels everything I teach: clarity, courage, and conscious leadership.
